About the League

Girls flag football is booming across the country β€” and now it's your turn to get in the game! Midwest Flag Football is proud to launch an all-girls flag football league in the Twin Cities.
This league is designed for:
Beginners trying flag football for the first time
Athletes looking for a more competitive, all-girls experience
πŸ—“ Sundays only | ⏰ 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
(Later start times to allow multi-sport athletes to participate)
πŸ† End-of-Season Tournament + National Tournament Opportunities!

Season Info

7-Week Season
Aug 24: Meet & Greet Practice Only
Aug 31: No Practice/Game – Labor Day Weekend
Sept 7: Meet & Greet Practice Only
Sept 14 – Practice + Game
Sept 21 – Practice + Game
ο»ΏSept 28 – Practice + Game
ο»ΏOct 5: Practice + Game
Oct 12: End of Season Tournament (Early Start Possible)

Practice = 1 hour before game | Games ~1 hour
Expect ~2 hours at the field each Sunday.

Who Can Play?

Girls ages 8–17 (age divisions will be based on registration numbers)

What’s Included?

Official NFL Flag jersey (custom-lettered if registered by 8/1!)
NFL Flag belts/flags
High-quality coaching and a fun, inclusive environment
Opportunity to qualify for Midwest Flag Football National Tournaments


Registration Details

Regular Registration: $145 (Ends 8/1/25 β€” includes jersey lettering)
Late Registration: $165 (No jersey lettering, based on availability)
πŸ‘• Jerseys and flags will be handed out at the first practice on Aug 24.
